What's Happening in the Culver City market this week?
Single family home prices range from $715k - $2.9M. Currently, there are 28 listings available in the Culver City area. Property listings are beginning to slow down now that we are getting closer to the new school year. Listings for condos & town homes range from $349k - $875k and there are only 18 active as of this morning.
This is still very much a seller's market and every listings is getting multiple offers. As we get closer to the holidays in Nov. & Dec. this is the time of year that we see things really slow down in the market. If you are thinking about selling, I would strongly suggest doing so before Nov. or wait until Feb. or March.
