Our service includes all printed flyers, social media exposure on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and etc., as well as state of the art open houses. Before the initial open house, we contact qualified buyers we know and other local agents in the area to make them aware of the new listing. This drives a lot of interest and will have buyers waiting at the door of the open house! All of your neighbors will know about your property listing as well, because we knock on all the doors and place flyers inviting them to come see the open house. Once we enter the listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), it then hits Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and the likes. We then post it on Craigslist and all social media outlets and we're off the the races! Let the multiple offers come rolling in and the negotiations begin.
We provide you with guidance to prepare your house to go to market and will ensure that everything looks like a five-star hotel stay for the open house. Our open houses come with fresh floral arrangements, snacks or lunch and refreshments. This allows buyers to linger a bit longer and visualize themselves in your home. If you have a great backyard space, we like to sit up seating in the backyard, so people can relax and experience what it would be like to own your space. Little details mean a lot and can certainly mean more money for you the seller!
